We Understand the Challenges Our Clients Face…and We Know How to Help.

At Jennings Linscott & Cutter, P.C., we hear stories every day about good people struggling to make ends meet because they’re unable to work. The onset of a medical disability can affect individuals physically, mentally and socially. It can also impose significant financial distress. Disability benefits can help replace lost income, but most people find that the application process is complicated, confusing and overwhelming.

The attorneys and staff at our firm are committed to helping clients get the Social Security Disability benefits they deserve. We listen intently. We care deeply. We commit completely to getting positive results for every client. It’s all we do … and we do it every day. We understand the challenges our clients face… and we know how to help.

Not Sure if You Qualify for Social Security Disability?

Under the Social Security Act, “disability” means a medical problem that will prevent an individual from working for 12 months in a row or longer.

Our clients are people of all ages and walks of life. They suffer from:

  • injuries,
  • mental and emotional impairments,
  • digestive problems
  • heart conditions
  • skin disorders
  • intractable migraines
  • COPD
  • cancer
  • neurological disorders
  • and, chronic diseases such as arthritis, diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and lupus.

As a now retired U.S. Administrative Law Judge who heard Social Security disability appeals for ten years, I often had the pleasure to observe first hand the consummate professionalism and expertise of attorneys Rob Linscott and Scott Cutter of JLC Law. Mr. Linscott and Mr. Cutter tried many Social Security and Supplemental Security Income disability cases before me, and I consistently found them well prepared, thoroughly versed in the facts of their clients’ cases and the applicable law, and articulate and persuasive in the courtroom. They routinely obtained all documentary evidence, particularly medical records, applicable to their client’s cases in a timely manner; researched and fully briefed and argued the facts and law in support of their clients’ claims; effectively and deftly introduced evidence and examined witnesses at trial; drafted well-supported and thorough post-hearing briefs and recommended decisions; and in all respects zealously represented their clients within the bounds of the law. I commend Mr. Linscott and Mr. Cutter most highly for their consistent professionalism and Social Security disability expertise. It is my opinion that any Social Security or Supplemental Security Income disability claimant who wants to obtain effective and professional representation would be well served by JLC Law.
